I know how hard it is to keep on top of all the demands that come up in life.

I know what it’s like to juggle your time between family, business and everything else you’ve got going on.

I know how hard you try… to be a good mum, friend, partner, person.

And yet often it feels like it’s never enough.

I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed and stretched beyond your limits.

I know how hard it can be to simply get out of bed and face another day.

I feel your frustration, your fear, your worry.

I feel your exhaustion, your pain and your despair.

At times it feels like nothing is going your way, and you’re ready to give it all up.

I want you to know that you are not alone.

I know you. I feel you. I hear you. I see you. And I am with you.

And I wish you could see you too.

I wish you could see the real you.

I wish you could see you’re not defined by what you have or who you know.

That you are not your fears or your failures.

That your self worth is not linked to your net worth, your money or your things.

That you’re not the sum of your Instagram followers or the number of FB friends you have.

I wish you could see you’re not defined by your looks, your body shape or your wrinkles.

You’re not your saggy skin or your grey hair.

You’re not even your size, the number on your scales or your scars.

You are in fact so much more.

I wish you could see that you are strong, you are wise and you are worthy.

Just look at how you stand up for what you believe and the way you meet your challenges head on even when it feels like you get it all wrong.

Can’t you see how that makes you a survivor, a healer, a fighter.

It makes you the woman your children love.

The woman your friends and family adore.

But most of all I want you to see the woman that deserves your love.

The woman that every day is doing the best you know how.

You deserve your own gratitude and your own respect.

And I want you to know that today and every day I salute you, I sing your praises and I encourage you to shine.

I invite you to stand tall and proud because you are the woman who deserves to CELEBRATE YOU.
